Yesterday, the Ohio House passed SB 157 – a bill strengthening protections for children born during an abortion. Senate Bill 157 would mandate the reporting of children born during a botched abortion, moving Ohio’s Born Alive protections from “Strong” to “Best” on FRC’s Born-Alive Map.
